Job Description
Performs, calculates, reviews and reports laboratory diagnostic tests. Performs phlebotomy as needed. Maintains and troubleshoots laboratory equipment. Understands the clinical significance of the testing performed. Responsibilities for correction of procedural / instrument issues. Responsible for teaching, training and mentoring.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in biological science or chemistry
- Medical Laboratory Scientist certified or certified in the field
- MLS internship completed
