Application Analyst

The Epic Professional Billing Analyst I provides analysis, technical support, and maintenance for software that supports professional billing, assessing user needs and developing solutions that align with organizational, regulatory, and IT best-practice standards.

Requirements

• Collaborate with end users, vendors, and internal IT staff to support business processes and ensure cohesive integration of the software applications with operational workflows and billing regulations.
• Design and deliver training documentation for software used in business processes, including business analysis, training materials, user guides, building, testing, and maintaining training environments.
• Provide support coverage 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
