Job Description
The IT Manager Unified Communications Services drives the successful execution of the IT infrastructure strategy, architectural standards, and processes, ensuring alignment with The University of Vermont Health Network priorities. This position collaborates with the Director IT Network Engineering, Communications & Collaboration Services to develop and carry out initiatives and programs that enable improvements in the delivery of IT infrastructure.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, medical sciences or a relevant field
- 5-7 or more years progressively responsible information technology experience with direct customer contact
- Experience managing technical professionals
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, concurrent, and complex projects
