Radiologic Technologist (Worcester) (per diem)

This role is generally responsible for providing clinically relevant information to assist the physician with the diagnosis and treatment of vascular patients.

Requirements

• Prepare exam room and equipment to conduct radiologic examinations
• Conduct patient clinical assessment and perform the diagnostic medical examination
• Utilize radiographic equipment to perform x-rays
• Identify anatomical orientation on images and assure proper file identification
• Apply independent judgement during the examination
• Review examination images and synthesize examination results
• Perform quality control procedures and manage a preventive maintenance program
• Assist in prioritizing assigned work based on workflow fluctuations
• Provide detailed and accurate procedure information
• Perform procedures in compliance with Standards of Care and facility requirements
• Maintain quality standards as it relates to HIPAA regulations
