Job Description
The job is for a Credit Risk Analyst in the Collections team, working on multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The role involves making informed decisions using data and creating a better experience for customers with payment difficulties. The team is dynamic and supportive, with opportunities for growth and development.
Requirements
- Confident, can-do attitude and general hunger to add value and develop
- Ability to think outside the box to do things differently and enjoy problem solving
- Degree educated (and/or) have practical experience in a similar type of role
- Comfortable with SQL, SAS and advanced Microsoft Excel skills too
- Experience of Credit Risk, particularly experience within Collections / Arrears Management, would be advantageous but not essential
