Job Description
The Behavioral Management Specialist provides direct care and technical support activities to youth and their families in a residential setting. The role involves transportation, behavior management, counseling, and education, with a focus on building brighter futures. The specialist will work in a team environment, collaborating with teachers, clinical therapists, and other staff members to meet the individual needs of each child.
Requirements
- Ability to use a computer; proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services field a plus
- Must be 21 years of age
- Valid Ohio Driver’s License and maintains a driving record that allows that individual to be insurable with the insurance company providing The Village Network with vehicle insurance
