Job Description
As a Clinical Youth Supervisor at The Village Network, you will provide clinical supervision and technical support to youth and their families. The role involves coordinating activities related to Intensive Home Based Services, providing crisis counseling, and implementing interventions to enhance client functioning. The position requires a Master's Degree in Social Work or a related field, LISW or LPCC licensure, and valid Ohio Driver's License.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Social Work or related field
- LISW or LPCC licensure with supervisory designation
- Valid Ohio Driver's License
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Crisis management skills required
