Job Description
The Village Network is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide technical support and guidance to end users, resolving issues in coordination with an onsite MSP Partner team. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of end user technical support experience and a degree in an information technology related field. The role involves providing desktop computing, infrastructure, and application support to ensure excellent customer service to The Village Network staff.
Requirements
- Associate or bachelor's degree in an information technology related field.
- 2-5 years of end user technical support experience
- Familiarity with mobile device management applications such as JAMF
