The Systems Administrator is responsible for the reliable, secure, and efficient operation of the agency’s IT environment, supporting clinical, administrative, and operational staff by maintaining systems critical to patient care, data security, and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3–5 years of experience in systems administration or related IT roles
- Strong experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
- Hands-on experience managing hybrid AD / Microsoft Entra ID environments
- Experience managing hybrid-joined and Entra-joined devices
- Demonstrated experience migrating or converting Group Policy to Microsoft Intune
- Proficiency with Microsoft Intune device and application management
- Working knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, firewalls)
- Ability and willingness to participate in after-hours on-call support and respond to urgent security or infrastructure incidents outside of normal business hours
