Program Supervisor

The Village Network is seeking a Program Supervisor to provide direct supervision and technical support to direct care staff, working with youth and their families to build brighter futures. The role involves providing instruction, observation, and feedback, as well as completing paperwork and administrative tasks. The supervisor will also be involved in youth discipline situations and must be able to handle emergency situations and maintain a safe environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
• 2 years previous experience working with adolescents
• Some supervisory experience
• Strong communication skills, de-escalation/conflict management skills, and time management skills
• Ability to use a computer, familiarity with Word, Excel, and Electronic Health Record (EHR)
• Valid Ohio Driver’s License and a driving record that allows insurability
