Job Description
Voleon is looking for a Systems Administrator to join our Corporate IT Services (Corp-ITS) team and play a critical role in the operation, support, and continuous improvement of our enterprise IT infrastructure.
Requirements
- Manage SaaS platforms (Microsoft 365/Entra ID, Slack, Zoom) including user administration, provisioning, and license management
- Provide technical support and escalation for the End User Support team
- Own employee technology lifecycle including provisioning workflows, hardware inventory, device refresh programs, and secure offboarding
- Maintain IT infrastructure including backup systems, server operations, and network services in partnership with Engineering
- Administer endpoint management platforms (Jamf Pro, Intune) including policies, software deployment, security enforcement, and fleet updates
- Build automation and tooling using scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash) to streamline operations and reduce manual work
- Create operational documentation (runbooks, standards, guides). Partner with Engineering on infrastructure projects
