Job Description
The Electrical Engineering Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of Electrical Product Engineers, with a strong technical background in product engineering and a proven ability to manage and mentor a team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical based new product engineering or a similar role
- At least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity
- Power Electronics background and/or product control system development experience preferred
- Experience in software and firmware development is a plus
