Job Description
The Financial Analyst will support clients with email and phone support, understand business processes, provide expert product knowledge, and continuously improve customer care. The role requires problem-solving skills, detailed analysis, and the ability to communicate effectively.
Requirements
- Prior experience in technical support or professional services
- 4 year degree or 5+ years of demonstrated industry experience
