Requirements

• Experience in store management duties in consumer goods retail business
• Experience in managing 10 or more store management
• Strong interest and passion for retail business
• Self-motivated leadership that leads subordinates
• High guest-oriented spirit and ability to properly guide Cast
• High communication skills to convey one's own thoughts logically and effectively
• Ability to challenge problem-solving in difficult situations
• Effective feedback and coaching to diverse team members
• Honesty in one's actions
• Ability to transfer
• Native Japanese level
• Japanese business-level English skills are acceptable
