Job Description
Disney Entertainment is seeking an Assistant Manager, Programming and Content Curation to assist in executing programming and content curation plans for Disney+ Thailand. The role involves working closely with market leads to leverage service, market, and behavior data to drive effective programming strategies, and creating high-impact, curated programming events that leverage TWDC brands and franchises.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Fluent in English & Thai (spoken and written)
- Deep understanding of TWDC content library, brands, franchises, and characters
- Keen interest in Asian content
- Strong understanding of Thai market landscape
- Prior experience in the streaming industry considered an advantage
- Previous experience in data analysis a plus
- Comprehensive expertise in digital media platforms
- Proven ability to work across a matrixed organization
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Skills: creative, organizational, collaborative, agile, meticulous, strategic, results-oriented, proficient in computer systems
