Generalist Artist Supervisor

The Generalist/Environments Supervisor oversees the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring that all environments are created according to the designs and visual style of the show. This role requires partnering with the Assets, Animation, and Lighting Supervisors as well as the VFX Supervisors. The Supervisor will be responsible for supervising the Generalist (Environments) team, reviewing their work, and approving shots and models for submission to the director.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant professional experience in a leadership role on a VFX film or CG animated project
• BA in computer graphics, fine arts, design, or photography, or related field
• Experience working across different studios/locations and time zones
• Demonstrated ability to quickly pick up new software
• Strong English communication skills
• Fluent in Houdini, 3dsmax, Maya, Photoshop, Nuke, and Solaris
