Job Description
Disney Entertainment and ESPN Product & Technology is seeking a Network Origination Operator I (Master Control Operator) for an 18-month project hire position. The ideal candidate will operate broadcast equipment and technology to distribute live and pre-recorded programming and commercials as scheduled. Responsibilities include conducting quality control, problem-solving, and communicating with team members.
Requirements
- Experience with broadcast operations and/or content distribution
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Flexibility to alter shifts/days off and work overtime to accommodate projects and departmental objectives
- Ability to work as a part of a team dynamic
- Solid interpersonal communication skills
- Organizational, efficiency and planning skills
