Production Coordinator - Expression of Interest

As a Production Coordinator, you will be responsible for scheduling, communication and coordination for a department of artists on a show. You will report to the Producer and Production Manager, and work closely with other Coordinators and Production Assistants to keep the show operating in an organised and efficient manner.

Requirements

• Work closely with discipline supervisors and/or leads in crewing, casting and scheduling your discipline's body of work
• Establish a process for communicating discipline targets, assignments, and priorities to your artist crew
• Schedule, track, and manage assigned work within the ILM Internal Tracking Tool / Flow Production Tracking (Shotgrid)
• Supervise, delegate to, and train assigned Production Assistant
• Act as primary point person for organising dailies/shot reviews throughout the day
