Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in Marketing Sourcing, Strategic Sourcing, or related field
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills – able to collaborate and communicate effectively across teams
• Understanding of the full Strategic Sourcing lifecycle including strategy development, RFx, contract negotiation and execution
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
• Professional, customer-focused, and highly organized with strong project management capabilities
• Resourceful and effective at managing projects independently
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and other analytical tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
