Job Description
Disney Consumer Products is seeking a Senior Product Designer to execute product design and development for licensed products, working with internal teams and licensees to ensure high-quality products that meet financial targets.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience in costume, fashion, apparel or consumer product design/development
- Solid knowledge in hardlines/softlines categories
- Expertise in Product Prototypes, and an understanding of the manufacturing process, sculpting, tooling, paint master, materials and mechanisms
- Strong product design skills
- Experience with product design within costumes (and other Softline adjacent products) including packaging and product exposure
- Strong computer software skills (e.g. MS Office, PowerPoint, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field (e.g. Fashion design, Costume Design, Toy Design, industrial design)
