Sr Product Manager

The Sr. Product Manager role sits within the Strategic Growth Initiatives team supporting the Disney Cruise Line business, partnering with cross-functional teams to shape and drive forward-looking product strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of product management experience
• Experience and comfort solving problems in an ambiguous environment
• Ability to work within a diverse and cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Deep commitment to curiosity
• Understanding of the latest product management frameworks and theories
• Experience writing user stories, writing requirements, and managing backlogs
