Job Description
Disney Entertainment and ESPN Product & Technology is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead high-impact initiatives at the intersection of Disney's advertising systems and AI-driven automation. The ideal candidate has strong technical depth, thinks systemically, communicates clearly, and delivers with urgency.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience in platform systems, enterprise infrastructure, or automation technologies.
- Strong understanding of AI product concepts, including LLMs, model imitations, evaluation, and iteration.
- Deep understanding of ad sales, planning, and operations workflow strongly preferred.
- Experience launching and scaling internal platforms or workflow tools at large organizations.
- Strong technical fluency, including experience with APIs, data modeling, and systems architecture.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
