Job Description
Disney Entertainment and ESPN Product & Technology is seeking a Sr Product Manager II to join their dynamic News & Entertainment product team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in experimentation and personalization, and will be responsible for driving the overall user experience, feature strategies and concepts, and engagement paradigms for Disney's global portfolio of consumer-facing streaming and digital products.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in product management
- Proven track record in experimentation, A/B testing, and personalization
- Strong technical aptitude and hands-on experience with experimentation platforms and data analytics tools
- Familiarity with applied machine learning frameworks and best practices for recommendation systems and content personalization
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to deliver pragmatic solutions
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
- Passion for news, entertainment, or media and creating transformative user experiences at scale
