Job Description
We're seeking a creative visionary to join ILM as a Texture Artist, to develop high-quality textures for 3D characters, digital doubles, and creatures, with a strong focus on surface realism. The role requires a collaborative mindset, engaging constructively with teammates and cross-department partners, and a keen eye for realism.
Requirements
- Proven experience in VFX texturing
- Strong production experience using Mari
- Comfortable exploring procedural and node-based approaches
- Familiarity with photogrammetry workflows and data processing
- Expertise in crafting digital materials
- Working knowledge of UV mapping principles
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
