The role involves working cross-functionally with commercial, buying, and planning teams to ensure product availability and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills
- Proven experience in demand planning, inventory management, or replenishment
- Solid understanding of order management, stock flow processes, and supplier collaboration
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- RELEX knowledge (advantageous)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence decision-making across teams
- Customer-centric mindset with the agility to adapt to change and embrace new ways of working
