Job Description
The DevSecOps Engineer will play a key role in ensuring security and compliance goals are met for DROP Platform offerings. The position involves setting up and automating system patching, code scanning, and vulnerability scanning, as well as building security and compliance dashboards and reports.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience as a DevSecOps engineer
- Deep understanding of build automation processes and tools
- Expertise with container technologies
- Experience with different compliance standards
- Familiarity with the Department of Defense (DoD) Impact Level 6
- Ability to script/code in at least two of the following languages
- Solid understanding and experience with APIs
- Extensive experience with at least one cloud provider
- Experience with security tooling
- Familiarity with issue tracking systems
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Self-starter, open to learning new skills and accepting new challenges
