Requirements
- Regularly visit clients in their area, reporting on the status of our equipment and the competition.
- Provide commercial support to the salesperson in the area and act as a liaison with the engineering department.
- Analyze complex technical requirements, plans, specifications, and operating conditions to define suitable solutions for each client or project.
- Advise commercial teams, engineering, projects, and technical service teams on the interpretation of requirements and selection of products.
- Develop advanced technical proposals, analysis reports, recommendations, and special configurations.
- Coordinate with various departments to validate technical solutions and manufacturing feasibility.
- Evaluate product performance in use, investigating failures, deviations, and improvement opportunities.
- Lead specialized technical support activities, training, and advanced technical presentations to clients and internal teams.
- Document technical criteria, reports, reviews, and standards to ensure traceability and alignment with engineering policies.
