Job Description
This role leads the successful delivery of New Product Introduction (NPI) projects that bring Weir innovations from concept approval through industrialization and launch. As a Project Manager, you will own delivery outcomes and ensure scope, schedule, cost, quality, and launch commitments are clearly defined, actively managed, and achieved.
Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree in engineering, mining, or a related technical discipline preferred; business or project management degrees considered where supported by demonstrated technical project delivery experience.
- 5â8 years of progressive project or program management experience.
- Demonstrated experience delivering NPI, product development, or industrialization projects within structured governance or phaseâgate frameworks.
- Proven ability to drive delivery outcomes in complex, crossâfunctional environments with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
