This role balances operational delivery with long-term strategy, while cultivating a high-performance team and collaborating closely with Operations, Site Management, Finance, and Supply Chain.
Requirements
- 8â10+ years in purchasing/sourcing with experience in indirect categories
- 3â5+ years of people leadership with demonstrated team development and performance management
- Bachelorâs degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or Engineering background a plus
