Job Description
The Weitz Company is seeking a Project Executive to help lead Data Center Projects based out of Des Moines, IA. The Project Executive is responsible for the overall success of assigned projects by overseeing the construction operations while providing leadership and management direction.
Requirements
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans for large-scale construction projects.
- Manage project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and regulatory authorities.
