Job Description
The Weitz Company is looking for an experienced Project Superintendent to be located on data center projects in VA, OK, or WI. The Senior Project Superintendent is responsible for the profitable field operations on complex, large projects after demonstrating ability to successfully complete smaller projects.
Requirements
- 8+ years of Project Superintendent experience required
- Commercial construction experience working for a general contractor (GC) is required
- Experience leading, developing, and mentoring a team
- Experience in senior living, student housing, hospitality, condominium, and/or other lived in product type construction is desired
