Job Description
The Weitz Company is looking for an experienced Senior Project Superintendent that is open to Travel and eventually to be located on projects in the Phoenix, AZ area. The Senior Project Superintendent is responsible for the profitable field operations on complex, large projects and establish a safety culture on the jobsite.
Requirements
- 8+ years of Project Superintendent experience required
- Commercial construction experience working for a general contractor (GC) is required
- Experience leading, developing, and mentoring a team
- Experience in senior living, student housing, hospitality, condominium, and/or other lived in product type construction is desired
