Requirements
- Supervise open and close activities during non-service hours
- Provide 'work direction' to crew members
- Address performance problems of crew members
- Monitor product quality and take corrective action
- Follow store cleaning plan
- Monitor labor usage and recommend corrective action
- Control food cost by minimizing waste
- Assist in training and cross-training of positional skills
- Follow all procedures in the Operational Procedures Manual
- Ensure time card accuracy and wage/hour compliance
- Maintain safe working conditions
- Alter unit manager to performance and/or discipline problems
