Supervises operational activities as directed by General Manager or other Manager(s) during non-service hours and assists exempt management in supervision during service hours. Ensures quality of service, product, and cleanliness.
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in the restaurant industry
- High School graduate or equivalent educational certificate
- Must be at least 18 years of age
