Team Captain

The White Moustache is looking for two energetic production team captains to lead teams in creating artisanal yogurt products.

Requirements

• Assist with hiring and training of team members.
• Oversee the daily workflow, scheduling, and assignments of the assigned team.
• Maintain high sanitation standards.
• Instruct production team on roles and shift duties daily.
• Lead team in conducting daily safety checks on equipment.
• Maintain detailed and accurate work records.
• Request new or replacement tools, supplies, or equipment, as needed, for production.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $25/hour
