Job Description
Whittier Trust is seeking a Vice President or Senior Vice President, Deputy General Counsel to report to and work closely with the General Counsel and Associate Counsel on all aspects of legal activity affecting the company and its affiliated entities.
Requirements
- Advising on trust and fiduciary matters
- Working with outside counsel, client counsel, and internal management on a broad range of matters
- Participating in compliance and regulatory functions
- Reviewing and drafting corporate documents and analysis of corporate contracts and transactions
- Participating in business development activities
