Guest Experience Supervisor

Join Dash In as a Front of House Guest Experience Supervisor to help lead our team in delivering outstanding guest experiences. Collaborate with the Guest Experience Manager and Store Manager to build and train a high-performing team of retail associates.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year in a supervisory or management role in a customer service or retail environment.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to multitask and solve problems effectively.
• Comfortable using technology, including POS software.
• Strong focus on providing exceptional guest experiences with excellent people skills.
