Project Manager-Revenue Integrity (Epic Required)

Wilshire is seeking a senior-level Project Manager to lead strategic Epic-focused revenue cycle initiatives across hospital and ambulatory healthcare environments, with a focus on Revenue Integrity, compliance, charge capture accuracy, and reimbursement performance.

Requirements

• 7+ years of healthcare project management experience
• 5+ years leading Epic Revenue Cycle or Revenue Integrity initiatives
• Direct experience improving charge capture, coding accuracy, denials reduction, clean claim rate, and reimbursement performance
• Hands-on or leadership experience with Epic revenue cycle modules
• Proven success leading enterprise or multi-site healthcare implementations
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to operate independently in a consulting/contract environment
