Job Description
Wilson, a family-owned third-generation company, is seeking a Comfort Advisor to close sales from generated leads, evaluate HVAC needs of residential customers, and create options. The role requires strong communication skills, knowledge of HVAC, and dedication to the company's Core Values. This position offers commission potential, comprehensive training, and a dynamic work environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED required
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
- 5+ years’ experience in the HVAC trade (Preferred)
- Must pass random drug testing
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs. regularly, bend repeatedly, climb a ladder 40’, and kneel for extended periods of time
- Ability to work in the heat and sub-zero weather
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
