Job Description
The Cellar Crew 2 is responsible for the safe operation of cellar equipment, general winery work, and day-to-day sanitation and facility hygiene best practices.
Requirements
- Follow safe operating procedures
- Communicate in a professional, proactive and positive manner
- Perform cellar and barrel tasks according to winemaking instructions
- Operate and maintain moderately complex cellar equipment
- Ensure efficient utilization of all winery equipment
- Provide guidance and support to staff to increase skills and knowledge
- Troubleshoot and problem-solve cellar issues
- Responsible for compliance with TWG sustainability policies and practices
- Must be able to perform as a weigh master when needed
- Operate a forklift and maintain certification
