Faculty Position in Academic Drug Discovery (Open Rank)

The Wistar Institute is seeking outstanding faculty candidates in the new Center for Advanced Therapeutics (CAT) to bridge foundational discovery research with small molecule drug discovery.

Requirements

• PhD in synthetic organic chemistry and/or medicinal chemistry
• Experience in medicinal chemistry and structure activity relationships
• Ability to design, synthesize, and utilize small molecule regents
• Peer-reviewed publications in academic drug discovery
• Extramural funding support
• Establish an independent, externally funded research program
