The Xu lab is seeking two highly motivated postdoctoral fellows to develop a high-throughput nanobody discovery and maturation system for identifying and optimizing virus- or cancer-targeting nanobodies. A strong background in virology and antibody discovery is essential.
Requirements
- Recently obtained, or be nearing completion of, a Ph.D. or equivalent degree.
- Strong background and publication record in virology and antibody discovery.
- Expertise in yeast display technique, high-throughput pseudovirus neutralization screening system, and protein production and characterization.
- Additional expertise in deep-sequencing library construction and data analysis, CAR T cells, and mouse models is highly valued.
