Requirements

• Valid California Substitute Teaching Permit
• Previous substitute teaching, instructional aide, or other relevant experience
• Bilingual Spanish speaker preferred
• Committed to our organization's mission and educational philosophy
• Organized and self-managed
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, oral and written
• Able to collaborate and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Dependable and excellent at follow-through
• Computer knowledge and skill; familiar with Microsoft Office suite
