Commercialization Strategy Analyst (Byproduct Innovation)

The Wonderful Company is seeking a Commercialization Strategy Analyst to support new revenue streams across the company. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills and business acumen to support early-stage innovation projects that drive both economic and environmental value.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in product innovation, strategy, operations, consulting, or go-to-market roles
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, agriculture, environmental science, business, public policy, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills with Excel proficiency, including financial modeling and P&L analysis
• Experience developing clear, executive-ready presentations
• Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Structured thinker comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
• Intellectual curiosity and proactive problem-solving mindset
• Willingness and ability to travel as required, including monthly day trips to California’s Central Valley
