Job Description
Wonderful Citrus is seeking a Coordinator of Recruitment (Temporary) to lead the talent attraction processes in our operations in Mexico. The role will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process from start to finish for administrative positions, ensuring timely coverage of vacancies, as well as the quality of candidates and efficiency in each stage of the process.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Administration, Communication or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in recruitment or talent attraction, preferably managing processes comprehensively
- Experience interviewing and evaluating candidates with a focus on competencies
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
- Experience using tools like LinkedIn, Excel, and/or ATS
- Strong organization, follow-up, and sense of urgency
- Good communication and influence skills
- Intermediate-advanced English
