Generalist I Employee Relations

The Employee Relations Representative serves as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues and supports the HR team. This role is responsible for investigating workplace concerns, advising managers and employees on HR policies, and ensuring fair and consistent application of company practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in employee relations, HR generalist, or related HR function
• Knowledge of employment law, workplace investigations, and HR best practices
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
