IAM Engineer

The Wonderful Company is looking for an IAM Engineer to design, implement, and maintain identity governance and administration (IGA) solutions using Saviynt. The role will ensure secure and compliant access management across enterprise systems, supporting lifecycle processes such as Joiner, Mover, and Leaver workflows.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with Saviynt Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platform preferred.
• Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, RBAC, and compliance frameworks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with integrations involving Active Directory, Azure AD, ServiceNow, and Oracle applications.
• Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, SQL, JSON) and API-based integrations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with cloud-based identity solutions and security best practices.
• Familiarity with audit and compliance standards (SOX, GDPR).
• Saviynt certification or equivalent experience.
