Job Description
Wonderful Citrus is the leading producer, marketer and packer of fresh citrus in North America, seeking an Operational Excellence Supervisor to lead and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, Food Science or related field.
- Experience in continuous improvement, process analysis or operational excellence.
- Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
- Management of analytical tools such as Power BI and Minitab (or similar).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office package (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Intermediate level of English (required).
- Mathematical analysis and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Yellow Belt certification (desirable)
