Job Description
FIJI Water is seeking a Process Operator to support operational excellence in the Injection Molding department by ensuring equipment efficiency, product quality, and safety to achieve OEE targets and uphold Fiji Water’s standards. The Process Operator will operate and maintain Injection Molding equipment, identify, troubleshoot, and resolve operational and equipment issues, and support Fiji Water’s quality, safety, and environmental initiatives.
Requirements
- Successful completion of Year 12 or equivalent secondary education
- 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production role, preferably in bottling, injection molding, or a related field
- Valid Group 9 driver’s license
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) for documentation and reporting
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
