The Production Supervisor of the Beverage business assists with planning and implementing labor for the assigned production of goods or products, supports the Production Manager/Director of Beverage in planning and forecasting changes, and coordinates production to ensure that juicing and bottling production is optimized and production is maintained with high quality standards.
Requirements
- Supervises plant personnel and ensures a safe working environment.
- Monitors equipment and production schedule to exceed efficiencies, reduce waste and maintain production standards quality.
- Responsible for tracking and improving downtime and cleanup/changeover processes.
- Inputs, analyzes and communicates quality control data.
- Observes and enforces safety, GMPs, and Food safety programs and attends appropriate training sessions.
- Ensure reporting and communication is frequent and accurate as required
- Maintain and develop positive business relationships with a customer's key personnel involved in or directly relevant to a logistics activity.
- Develop an understanding of customers' needs and take actions to ensure that such needs are met.
- Provide the highest level of internal and external customer service.
- Ability to work effectively in a culturally diverse work group.
- Performs other duties as required.
